On October 29th, the opening ceremony for berths B25 and B26 at Jiaxing Port, along with the II Inner Harbor Basin, was held. HHMC, as a participant in the project, attended the ceremony.
This year, HHMC has consecutively delivered six remotely automated control ship to shore container cranes for Jiaxing Port. These cranes have a rated lifting capacity of 61 tons under the spreader and a reach of 43 meters. They are equipped with various safety features such as a crane status monitoring system, weighing system, and automatic fire-fighting system, as well as energy-saving devices like energy feedback systems and photovoltaic systems. These cranes are safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly.
This project is one of the two major projects in Zhejiang Province and represents a new container sea-river intermodal terminal. The project will enhance the port's loading and unloading capacity and service level, accelerating the construction of a local sea-river intermodal hub port and contributing to the development of a world-class port.
