On December 30, the 3,600-ton floating crane developed by Haixi heavy machinery was delivered and arranged at the company's dock. Leaders including Du Ning, director of Yantai's Salvage Bureau, CCS and he JIWU, chairman of the company, attended the meeting, it marks the official delivery of the 3,600-ton floating crane to the Yantai Salvage Bureau after nearly two years of manufacturing and Ministry  of Transport of the People's Republic of China.

“Defu 3600” is a double boom floating crane, designed, manufactured and installed by the Haixi Crane itself. It is also the largest tonnage floating crane currently produced by the Haixi Crane. The floating crane weighs about 5200 tons, with a rated lifting capacity of 1800 tons for a single boom. Each boom is equipped with two main hooks of 900 tons, with a maximum lifting height of 108 meters, the maximum lifting height is 128 meters. The main and auxiliary hooks can work 10 meters underwater. Mainly used in the Yellow Sea, Bohai Sea and other waters of shipwrecks, sunken, aerospace aircraft salvage and waterway, port clearance and so on. The delivery of the “Defu 3600” floating crane will greatly improve the emergency salvage capability of the Salvage Bureau of Yantai, effectively ensuring the marine environment in the northern waters of our country and the safety of navigation of ships.

The smooth delivery and arrangement of“Defu 3600 ton floating crane” is the first step for the Haixi heavy machinery to enter the field of large floating crane. HSI heavy machinery will take this opportunity to innovate in the field of large-scale floating crane to achieve a new leap.
